November 17th, 2016. I was in my work cubicle, in “The Energy Corridor”, Houston, Texas, USA. I had just left a short meeting that triggered me into suicide ideation. I recognized the sensations using the criteria, and started the algorithm. It was 9.41 am.
I wrote out the stream of consciousness, purely, with no corrections, and no edits. I underlined the elements that were true, and ignored the fantasy. I wrote the truth in a list below, vertically, and corrected the sequence, and where omissions appeared, I filled them with truth.
What remained was the stream of consciousness at the top of the page, representing the idea in my mind, which I knew was a flawed reality, and below, in a list, an alternate reality of truth, in the correct sequence, and without omissions or fantasy.
It was like a slap in the face, and my Guide immediately exclaimed: “that makes sense!”. I snapped out of the suicide ideation, and suddenly became aware of the adrenaline in my body, my heart racing, and my skin moist, I was hot, in shock, and surprise, that it had worked.
I was experiencing elation, partly at my surprise, partly at a sense of success, but then, a moment later, my eyes were resting on the patterns of data in front me, and then suddenly something sprang out of the patterns, and my Guide was re-triggered.
I suddenly saw that I had caused the problem, by activating a conflict routine, without realizing it. Then suddenly, I saw all of the times that I had done it before, all through my life, in reverse order until I saw the time I first did it, which was to the person who had taught it to me.
My vision blurred and darkened, followed by explosions of light and color. My body felt like it was purging the adrenaline, sweat, and emotion at high pressure through the tiny pores of my skin. The discombobulation sustained for a few moments, and then suddenly, complete silence.
